To promote talent cultivation in finance, a delegation from the Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited, Macau Branch (ICBC Macau) led by Lam Iok Ha, director of SME Service, visited City University of Macau (CityU) today and received a warm welcome from Rector Jun Liu. During their visit, the delegation had the opportunity to tour the campus and experience the teaching facilities. Rector Jun Liu and Director Lam also gave an overview of their respective institutions and engaged in discussions regarding fin-tech talent, academic exchange, social services, research studies, and smart campus development. With a shared vision, both sides plan to leverage their strengths to strengthen cooperation in modern finance and fin-tech, in line with the SAR government’s development plan for economic diversification. They also aim to jointly promote smart campus development and talent cultivation. Other ICBC Macau's representatives, leaders from the Faculty of Finance, and relevant department heads also participated in the discussions.
