The course focuses on series and practicality, inspiring innovative thinking and problem-solving skills, demand-oriented, timely communication with the Labor Affairs Bureau, and creating a comfortable environment and positive learning atmosphere for the students. The Labor Affairs Bureau gave great positive feedbacks on the effect of an active learning classroom atmosphere after their inspection of the class. Meanwhile, the students generally gave a high evaluation of the overall course in the feedback forms, and indicated their enthusiasm to proceed to the second part of the course. In view of the widecommunity needs and positive endorsement through word-of-mouth, the Labor Affairs Bureau has received more admission applications and opened the second phase on Oct. 4. The second part of the series of courses, “MICE receptionist foundation course” will commence on November 5.

Through systematic theory and practice studies, the students’ interests in MICE was enhanced. It is expected that with sustained efforts, the City U will continue to be social demand-oriented, train more practical talents of MICE for Macau, and actively promote the internationalization, specialization, scale and brand of the Macau MICE industry.
